Halal Science & Halal Lab Assurance Management
為協助國內業者在產品開發與產製過程中，利用檢測與實驗室品保系統導入，來降低產品成分不符合清真規範之風險。
本所與馬來西亞清真產業發展機構(Halal Industry Development Corporation,HDC)合作辦理「Halal Science & Halal Lab Assurance Management」課程，特邀請HDC具14年產業經驗Halal & Science Project Manager and Consultant 專家由遠端連線授課。
期待藉由馬國HDC經驗，幫助業者更瞭解清真科學於品保管理之應用，以利進軍全球清真產品市場。
